Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 18, 2026  ·  Last Updated: October 27, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to textpcb.com, including all of its pages (the “Site”), and to the TextPCB early-access waitlist (the “Waitlist”), each operated by TextPCB (“TextPCB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, and how to make privacy requests. Applicable privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and by the laws that apply to TextPCB. This Policy explains our data practices; the Terms of Service govern use of the Site and Waitlist.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you join the Waitlist or contact us, we collect your name, your email address, and the content of any message you choose to send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical logs (IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed) solely to operate and secure the Site.

What we do not collect. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or behavioral analytics. We do not collect precise geolocation, and we do not seek or want sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account credentials, or health information). Please do not send it to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information only for direct communication between you and TextPCB:

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or any other purpose.

4. No Sale, No Sharing, No Distribution

TextPCB does not sell personal information or share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) and the analogous privacy laws of every other U.S. state and territory. We disclose waitlist information to service providers when necessary to host the waitlist and send requested communications.

Like nearly every online service, the Site runs on third-party infrastructure (hosting and email delivery). Those providers process data to supply infrastructure and communications services; new waitlist submissions are stored on our VPS, hosted by a third-party infrastructure provider. We may use an email-delivery provider for early-access communications. We do not otherwise disclose personal information except where required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of TextPCB, our users, or the public.

5. Data Retention

We keep Waitlist information while your early-access request is pending and for a reasonable period afterward to complete related communications, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Technical logs are retained for operational and security purposes subject to applicable retention practices. You may request deletion as described below; residual copies in routine backups may remain until those backups expire, subject to legal and security requirements.

6. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but limiting access to your information and using it for stated purposes are commitments we take seriously.

7. Your Privacy Requests and Rights

You can contact us about the requests below. Where applicable privacy law grants you specific rights, we will honor those rights as required. Some requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions:

How to exercise your rights. Email privacy@textpcb.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity using the email address on file or other information appropriate to the request. We respond within the time required by applicable law. You may act through an authorized agent where law provides for one. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising; therefore, GPC and similar opt-out signals do not change those practices.

Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information; you may nevertheless submit a sale opt-out request to the address above. California residents: under the “Shine the Light” law (Civ. Code §1798.83), we disclose no personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site and Waitlist are intended for adults 18 or older and are not directed to minors. Applicants confirm that they are at least 18; this is self-attestation, not government-ID or identity verification. We do not knowingly collect waitlist information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Visitors Outside the United States

The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States under this Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we change this Policy, we will post the revised version here with a new “Last Updated” date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice before a change takes effect.

11. Contact

Privacy questions, requests, and appeals: privacy@textpcb.com, or through textpcb.com/contact.html.
