Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 18, 2026  ·  Last Updated: October 28, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and TextPCB (“TextPCB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of textpcb.com, including all of its pages (the “Site”), and the TextPCB early-access waitlist (the “Waitlist”). By using the Site or joining the Waitlist, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Waitlist.

Paid, hosted, or early-access services, when offered, may be governed by a separate service agreement presented for that service. If a service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls for that service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Site or the Waitlist on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

3. The Services

The Site presents TextPCB's product vision and development direction. Descriptions and illustrations may refer to capabilities under development or planned for future release; they are not commitments that any particular feature will be available. Early access, when offered, is provided in batches at our discretion. Joining the Waitlist is free, is not a purchase, preorder, reservation of a product, or agreement for engineering services, and creates no obligation to buy. It does not guarantee access, a timeline, features, or pricing. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or the Waitlist at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit to us (for example, your Waitlist details or messages). You grant TextPCB a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to operate the Site and provide the communication or service you requested, subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you submit and for having the right to submit it. Please do not send confidential design files, credentials, or sensitive technical information unless we have provided an approved channel for it.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, artwork, design, software, branding, and the TextPCB name and logo — are owned by TextPCB or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other jurisdictions. These Terms give you a limited right to access and view the Site for its intended purpose; they do not grant you any other license or right. No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site runs on third-party infrastructure (for example, hosting and email delivery). Those providers process data solely on our behalf, under contract, as described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from the Site.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site and the Waitlist is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In short: we do not sell your information or share it for targeted advertising; hosting and email providers help operate the waitlist, and it is used only to follow up on your early-access request, your questions, or your comments.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and the Waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case, the disclaimers apply to the fullest extent your state’s law permits.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TextPCB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or the Waitlist. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TextPCB’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site or the Waitlist is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (US$50) or the amount you paid us, if any, for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some states do not allow certain liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case, liability is limited to the fullest extent your state’s law permits.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TextPCB from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes to These Terms

If we change these Terms, we will post the revised version here with a new “Last Updated” date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice before a change takes effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms do not designate a particular state as the exclusive governing law or forum for disputes. Applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined under the relevant legal rules. Governing-law, venue, and dispute-resolution terms for paid or hosted services will be stated in the applicable service agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state or territory that cannot be waived by agreement.

14. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and TextPCB regarding the Site and the Waitlist. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, or sale of assets.

15. Contact
